摘　　要：肝窦阻塞综合征(sinusoidal obstruction syndrome,SOS)临床少见,而并发单纯骨髓红系抑制者尚未见报道,本文就收治的1例SOS合并骨髓红系抑制患者进行报道,并提供详细的CT影像及骨髓细胞学图片,希望提高临床医师对该病的认识,在工作中尽量避免漏诊、误诊。Sinusoidal obstruction syndrome （SOS） is rare, and there is no report on the combined with simple bone marrow red cell inhi- bition. A case of SOS combined with bone marrow red cell system was reported,which provided a detailed picture of CT and bone marrow cy- tology. We hope to improve the clinician＇ s understanding of this disease, as far as possible to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
