高校特困生工作中问题与对策研究

摘　　要：受社会经济发展特殊阶段性以及我国教育体制改革逐步推进的影响,目前高校特困生呈现增多态势。解决特困生问题越来越成为构建和谐高校教育的瓶颈。当前特困生工作存在问题最多的是特困生的界定标准、资助体系的执行和心理帮扶机制。要解决以上问题建议采取建立健全特困生档案、完善特困生评定制度,完善特困生资助体系、拓宽特困生资助渠道,加强特困生心理教育、开展心理咨询活动等措施。Influenced by the development of society and economy in the special stage and the gradual education system reform in our country, there is an increasing trend of more and more povertystricken students in present colleges and universities. And solving this problem is becoming the bottleneck of the construction of a harmonious college education. The most difficult part is about the defined standards, execution of the independent system and the psychological support mechanism. To solve the above problems, this paper suggests to establish a sound archives of poverty-stricken students,perfect the related fixed system, perfect the funding system, broaden the fund-obtaining channels,strengthen the psychological education and carry out psychological consultation activities, etc.
