摘　　要：因未能全面梳理和深刻把握高职特点,高职"青马工程"的实施效果不尽如人意。新时期下,高职全面推进"青马工程"有助于高职人才培养质量的提升和高职学生的成长成才。惟有基于高职特点来设计内容体系、构建运行机制,增强针对性和实效性,高职"青马工程"方能凸显成效。Due to the failure to comprehensively sort out and profoundly understand the characteristics of higher vocational education, the effect of Marxist Youth Training Project on higher vocational college students is unsatisfying. In the new era, advancing the Marxist Youth Training Project in an all-around manner can help improve the quality of higher vocational education and the development of higher vocational students. To achieve this goal, the contents and operation mechanism of the project should be designed and constructed according to the characteristics of higher vocational education, so that it can be more specific and effective.
