摘　　要：网络交往已经成为当今人际交往的一种重要方式。网络交往在给人们带来便利的同时,也带来了道德缺失问题,成为网络社会管理的难题,有序的网络交往需要人们良好的德性支持。当然,德性的内在规定性决定其重在培育。当前,应通过行之有效的途径和方法培育良好的网络交往德性,使网络交往真正助推社会进步与人的发展。Internet communication has become an important way of interpersonal contact. It brings convenience to people, but in the mean time gives rise to moral deficiencies, a tough problem respecting cyber society management. Orderly network communication requires people's good moral support, and of course, the inherent prescriptive nature of ethics gives its priority to morality nurturing. Currently, sound network ethics should be cultivated through effective ways and methods so as to accelerate the social progress and the development of human beings.
