摘  要:"2011协同创新中心"的组织属性与特点决定其负责人应是"领导型学者"。文章分析了国家首批协同创新中心负责人的基本素质、学术素质和管理素质特征,提出负责人年龄偏大,国际化程度有待于提高,跨学科能力欠缺,学术素养距离"国际一流"尚有差距,存在科学引领中心发展的"能力危机"等问题,需按照领导型学者的要求科学培养,推动其成长发展。According to its organizational quality and characteristics, "2011 Collaborative Innovation Center" calls for a "leading scholar" as its leader. This paper analyses the basic quality, academic quality and management quality of the leaders from the first national approved collaborative innova- tion centers. It finds that the leaders, in general, are older in age, need more improvement in inter- nationalization, and lack the ability of interdisciplinary study. Meanwhile, there exist some problems such as the gap between these leaders and the world - class status in academic quality and the "abil- ity crisis" in scientifically leading the centers. The leaders should be cultivated scientifically in ac- cordance with the requirements of leading scholars, which promotes their growth and development.
