药学类学生“德商、情商、智商”培养体系思考——以协同创新为视野

摘　　要：随着我国《高等学校创新能力提升计划》(简称2011计划)的推行,培养创新人才成为协同创新中心建设中的主要任务。"长三角绿色制药协同创新中心"承担着我国药学类创新人才培养的重要职责,改革现有的人才培养模式,探索德商、情商、智商"三商"协同发展体系,对于药学类专业人才的培养具有重要的意义。With the Learning （the 2011 implementation of Innovation Ability Promotion Plan of Institutions of Higher ）, the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities is be- coming the main task in the construction of collaborative innovation. The Green Pharmaceutical Col- laborative Innovation Center of Yangtze Delta is undertaking the significant responsibility of cultiva- ting the talents of this kind. Furthermore, this center spares no effort to reform the cultivating pat- tern at present and explores the collaborative developing system of IQ, EQ and MQ, which has im- portant implications for cultivating pharmaceutical students.
