优质鸡S3系鸡冠性状遗传力的估计及相关性分析

摘　　要：采用父系半同胞相关法分别估算了优质鸡S3系公鸡12周龄时冠高、冠长、冠齿数及体重的遗传力及各性状间的相关。结果表明,冠高1、冠高2、冠长和冠齿数的遗传力分别为0.651、0.591、0.806和0.572,均属高遗传力。无论表型相关和遗传相关,体重和冠高、冠长均呈极显著相关(P<0.01),冠高和冠长间也呈极显著相关(P<0.01),冠高1和冠高2间的相关系数最高。冠齿数与体重、冠高、冠长间无明显相关(P>0.05),表明以冠高或冠长为参数进行选育时,均可达到改良鸡冠性状的效果。The paternal half-sib correlation method was used to estimate the heritability of the crown height, crown length, the number of crown teeth and the body weight of 12-week-old S3 line high-quality chickens and the genetic and phenotypic correlation between the traits was also estimated. The results showed that the heritability of Crown height 1, Crown height 2, Crown length and the number of crown teeth were 0.651, 0.591, 0.806 and 0.572, respectively, showing a high heritability. There was a very significant positive correlation among the crown length, the crown height and the body weight regardless of the genetic correlation and phenotypic correlation（P〈0.01）. The crown height and the crown length had a significant correlation（P〉0.01）. Crown height 1 had the highest correlation coefficient with Crown height 2 and no significant correlation was found among the number of the crown teeth, the crown height, and the crown length（P〈0.05）. Therefore,the results suggested that the crown height and crown length were good markers used in breeding to improve the growth quality of cocks-comb.
