摘 要:在传统硅钼蓝分光光度法测定水中二氧化硅的基础上,研究了不同还原剂种类对硅钼蓝显色法的影响。通过比较,确定了抗坏血酸为最适宜的还原剂种类。通过优化实验条件,分别探讨了还原剂用量、酸度、显色时间对反应的影响,建立了新的标准曲线,其线性相关系数达到0.999 9。该方法的加标回收率为98.55%,相对标准偏差为0.67%,具有稳定和重现性好的特点,可对水中二氧化硅检测提供准确数据。Based on the determination of silicon dioxide in water by traditional silico-molybdenum blue spectrophotometry, the effect of different kinds of reducing agents on silieo-molybdenum blue spectrophotometry was studied. By comparison, ascorbic acid was determined as the optimum reducing agent. At the same time, the effects of the reductant quantity, acidity and col- oration time were discussed, and the new standard curve was also established, in which the correlation coefficiency was 0. 9999. According to the research, the recovery was 98.55%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.67, which had good stability and reproducibility. Therefore, the improved method was suitable for the detection of silica in water.
