摘　　要：结合临床特色诊治技术培育与管理实践,对临床特色诊治技术的内涵进行了界定,提出要加强遴选资助体系、学科交叉融合体系、技术创新体系及全面管理体系等四个方面建设,最后从传统学科特色发展、技术方向、技术人才、技术平台建设方面提出了建议与意见。Based on the practice of cultivation and management of clinical featured medical technology, the connotation of clinical featured diagnosis and treatment techniques were defined. The paper proposed development from four aspects, including to strengthen the construction of the selection funding system, interdisciplinary integration system, technological innovation system and a comprehensive management system. Furthermore, recommendations and suggestions were proposed from aspects of the tradi- tional disciplines characteristic development, technical direction, technical personnel, and technology platform construction.
