摘　　要：分析我国职业医师的基本现状,讨论实施医师多点执业的意义及面临的问题,并针对问题提出完善相关法律法规,加强职业教育,树立正确的行医理念,建议诚信数据库等建议,为落实医师多点执业提供借鉴。The basic status of occupational physicians was analyzed, and the positive meaning and the problems faced in im- plementation of physician＇s multi - site license were discussed. Relevant recommendations on the problems in implementation of physician＇s multi - site license were proposed, including the improvement of relevant laws and regulations, strengthening vocation- al education, fostering a correct practice philosophy, and establishment of integrity database , which provided references for the implementation of physician＇s multi - site license.
