摘　　要：伦理观与所有制关系十分密切,任何伦理观都有特定的所有制基础,而任何所有制也都有与之相适应的伦理观,探讨两者的和谐互构关系,对伦理观和所有制来说都是新的研究视阈。和谐伦理与私有制不兼容,唯有公有制才能氤氲化生强大的和谐正能量,为和谐伦理之花提供适宜的所有制"水土"。Ethics is very closely related to ownership. Any ethics has a certain ownership basis while any ownership has the ethics suitable for it. Inquiriy into their harmonious mutual con- struction relationship is a new research perspective for both ethics and ownership. Harmonious ethics is not compatible with private ownership. Only public ownership can generate powerful harmonious positive energy and provide appropriate ownership＂soil＂ for the flowers of harmoni ous ethics.
