摘　　要：法律思维的培养是法学专业高等教育的核心目标之一。批判性思维的论证原理对于法律论证具有极其重要的价值和意义,可以应用于法学研究和法律实务之中。构建嵌入批判性思维的法律思维训练课程体系,切实实现对法律思维能力的训练,是未来法学专业高等教育发展的必由之路。To foster students＇ legal thinking is one of the core objectives of law education. The principles of critical thinking are valuable and significant for legal argumentation, and can be applied to legal research and legal practice. It is essential for the future law education to construct a curriculum with critical thinking embedded in the training of legal thinking, so that the practical training of law thinking can be actually achieved.
