摘　　要：融媒体时代,在为包括开放大学学报在内的高校学报带来发展机遇的同时也带来了严重挑战。因此,我们必须研究构建中国开大学报集团的理论依据——资源重组、双赢理论,在国内外出版界、学术期刊界、学报界的实践经验。从国外先进的办刊模式及我国学术期刊集团化的成功运作,可以看出,组建中国开大学报集团,创办《中国开大学报》期刊群,既顺应了世界发展潮流,也必将在开大学报转型跨越中发挥巨大优势。所以,可以说,集团化经营是高校学报发展的国际性趋势,专业化办刊是高校学报的发展方向,构建中国开大学报集团是开大系统学报的最佳选择。Media era, for university journals, including journal of Open University, bring development oppor-tunities at the same time also poses a serious challenge.Therefore, we must study the construction of China, the theoretical basis of the Open University newspaper group resources reorganization and consolidation theory in the publishing industry, academic QiKanJie, both at home and abroad to learn the practical experience in the news-paper.From the foreign advanced mode and group of successful academic journals in China, you can see, a Open University newspaper group in China,＂journal of China university newspaper group, is complied with the world de-velopment trend, and conform to the needs of large enterprise vigorous development, will also play a huge advan-tage in Open University newspaper transformation across.So it can be said that the group operation is the interna-tional trend of development of university journals, professional journal is the development direction of university journals, to build China＇s Open University newspaper group is the best choice of the journal of open system.
