《普洛登报告》对我国欠发达地区学前教育发展的启示

摘　　要：20世纪60年代后期,为了贯彻教育机会均等、教育民主化等观念,英国政府开始有条件地注意幼儿教育的发展,发表了《普洛登报告》。报告针对处境不利地区的幼儿教育问题提出了一系列举措。甘肃省农村地区学前教育在发展过程中遇到的瓶颈与报告中存在的问题有相似之处,这对甘肃省农村学前教育的发展提供了有益的发展建议。Based on the education equality of opportunity and education democratization concept is deeply root-ed in the hearts of the people question the？ Plowden Report？ was put forward. Less developed areas in China en-countered in the process of preschool education in the development of bottleneck has similarities with the problems existing in the report. This paper introduces the background and the？ Plowden Report？ on early childhood educa-tion content, on the basis of proposed suitable for the less developed areas in China with the situation of pre - school education development suggestions.
