摘　　要：文章以体育院系硕士研究生为研究对象,运用文献资料法对理工类及综合类院校较成熟的学术交流体系进行综合分析,并结合体育院系硕士研究生的学情特点,构建出针对体育院系的以"普及型校内学术竞赛"为重点的1-3-6-2模式多层次硕士研究生学术交流活动体系,并详细分析普及型校内学术竞赛的组织及运行过程,旨在为我国体育硕士研究生学术及科研能力的培养和整体学术水平提高提供有效指导,同时为后续的创新思维及创新能力的建立与发展奠定基础。By taking Master degree candidates of Physical Education as the research object, analyzing more mature systems of academic exchange in colleges of science and engineering and comprehensive universities, and then combining the characteristics of students in institutes and departments of Physical Education, the multi - layered system with mode of 1 - 3 - 6 -2, with the popular intramural academic competition as the emphasis, was constructed for academic exchanges activities among Master degree candidates in institutes and departments of Physical Education. And organizational and operating process of popular intramural academic competition was analyzed minutely. The research results can provide effective guidance for training abilities of academic and scientific research and increasing integral academic level for Master degree candidates in institutes and departments of Physical Education in China, and lay a foundation for establishing and developing subsequent innovative thinking and abilities.
