我国职业兴趣测评工具开发的分析探讨

摘　　要：从兴趣和职业兴趣的内涵研究出发,分析了我国多年来面向不同群体开发职业兴趣测评工具的进展,包括职业兴趣测评工具的引进和修订,面向中学生、大学生和成年人的职业兴趣测评工具开发。同时就我国职业兴趣测评工具的进一步开发提出了一些思考建议。From the connotation of interest and occupational interest, it analyses the research and development of testing and evaluating tools of occupational interest for different population in the past few decades in China, such as introducing and revising foreign tools of occupational interest, developing tools of occupational interest for middle and high school students, college students and adults. Meanwhile some suggestions of dealing with the current research and development of testing tools of occupational interest are put forward.
