江苏省高校学科建设与地方产业发展关联度分析与研究

摘　　要：江苏正处于实施创新驱动战略、推进科技创新工程、建设创新型省份的关键时期,战略性新兴产业的培育发展和传统特色支柱产业的转型升级都亟需大量的优质科教创新资源予以支撑。目前,江苏省内高等院校及其学科建设较过去得到了较好发展,但是经过区域分布、关联度分析发现,其与地方重点发展产业的匹配度不高,且相关学科水平整体不高、国家重点学科数量较少,迫切需要加强建设的针对性,充分释放高校创新活力,为产业转型升级提供保障和支撑。Jiangsu Province is now in a critical period of implementing innovation-driven strategy, promoting S＆T innovation and establishing an innovation province. While both the development of strategic emerging industry and the transforma- tion and upgrading of traditional pillar industry require the supporting of plenty of high quality science and education innova- tion resources. At present, universities and colleges in Jiangsu Province and their discipline construction have gained fast development. This paper, based on an analysis of the area distribution and relevancy, finds that such development cannot match with local key industries in the province, and related academic levels are still low, the number of national key disci- plines is still small. It is urgent to strengthen the pertinence of the construction, fully release the innovation vigor to support the cultivation, development, transformation and upgrading of local industry.
