摘 要:构建由两个制造商和两个排他性零售商组成的链与链价格竞争模型,其中制造商提供有偿延保服务,每条供应链拥有两个纵向渠道结构选择策略:中心化结构和分散化结构.通过计算不同链与链竞争模式下的均衡决策和绩效,基于供应链系统绩效占优的角度识别了竞争供应链的纵向渠道结构选择策略,并揭示了不同延保期和竞争状态下竞争供应链纵向渠道结构选择博弈的Nash均衡.最后给出了关于制造商提供延保服务的策略性建议.This paper considers two supply chains engaged in price competition. Each supply chain consists of one manufacturer and one exclusive retailer, and the manufacturers provide pay-needed extended warranty services. Each supply chain has two vertical channel structure options: either a centralization structure or a decentralization structure. By calculating the equilibrium decisions and performances for different chain to chain competition scenarios, this paper identifies the dominant vertical channel structure choice strategies which can achieve performance improvement of the supply chain, and reveals the Nash equilibrium for vertical channel structure choice game with different lengths of extended warranty period and competition status. Finally, it provides strategy suggestions for manufacturers' extended warranty services.
