暴露时间和染毒浓度对鲫鱼肌肉中铅离子累积效应的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨铅离子暴露时间和染毒浓度对鲫鱼组织中铅离子累积效应的影响,在实验条件下,将鲫鱼置于0mg/L、5mg/L、10mg/L、20mg/L的Pb2+溶液中半静态染毒,分别在染毒后0h、24h、48h、96h、192h采用原子吸收分光光度计测定鲫鱼肌肉组织中的Pb2+含量。结果表明:鲫鱼肌肉中Pb2+的积累量会随着铅离子浓度或暴露时间增加而逐步升高。Carassius auratus were exposed to different lead ions concentrations (0mg/L,5mg/L,10mg/L,20mg/L) in order to study the effect of the exposure time and the exposure doses on the lead ions accumulation in muscle tissue,the lead ions concentrations in muscle tissue were measured using atomic absorption spectrometer after 0,24,48,96,192 hour infected respectively.Results shown that the lead ions concentration in the muscle tissue increased with the increase of the exposure does or exposure time of the lead ions.
