常用中药饮片两头尖和桑寄生中微生物污染的检测及分析

摘　　要：目的考察中药饮片两头尖和桑寄生中微生物污染状况,为中药饮片微生物限度标准的制定提供参考。方法按《中国药典》2015年版非无菌药品微生物限度标准(公示稿)对两头尖和桑寄生进行微生物污染检测,并按中国食品药品检定研究院下发的课题方案补充了耐热菌及其他控制菌的检测。结果对2个品种共23批样品检测发现微生物污染较为严重。结论中药饮片中微生物污染亟须进行控制,以提升我国中药饮片及中药制剂的质量。OBJECTIVE To investigate the microbial contamination in Anemones Raddeanae Rhizoma and Taxilli Herba to provide a reference for microbiological examination of Chinese herbal medicines. METHODS Anemones Raddeanae Rhizoma and Taxilli Herba were anaJyzed according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition （publicity draft） and the methods of National Institutes for Food and Drug Control for thermoduric bacteria and specified microoganisms. RESULTS The microbial contamination in 23 batches samples of the two Chinese herbal medicines was serious. CONCLUSION There is an urgent need to control the microbial contamination of Chinese herbal medicines and Chinese medicines to improve their quality.
