摘　　要：目的了解南通市区初中生精神成瘾行为状况,为制订干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取二阶段分层整群抽样方法,对南通市区初中生共1 039人进行现场问卷调查。结果南通市区初中生网络成瘾行为总体得分为1.15±1.80(网络成瘾最严重为9分,最轻为0分),其中男生得分(1.37±1.93)高于女生(0.91±1.62),(P<0.001);初三得分(1.56±2.19)高于初一(1.00±1.56)和初二(0.94±1.55),(P<0.001)。赌博行为总体报告率为5.69%,男生(9.37%)高于女生(1.81%),(P<0.05);初三(10.19%)高于初一(2.90%)和初二(4.29%),(P<0.05)。观看色情信息总体报告率为4.32%,男生(7.07%)高于女生(1.41%),(P<0.05);初三(6.79%)高于初二(3.43%)高于初一(2.90%),(P<0.05)。结论精神成瘾行为在南通市区初中生中有一定程度的流行,不能忽视这部分学生的精神健康。Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of psychological addiction behavior among the urban middle school students in Nantong, and provide evidence for prevention measures. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted for investigation of psychological addiction behavior among 1039 urban middle school students from Nantong by using two-stage stratified and cluster random sampling method. Results The general score of intemet addiction behavior was 1.15± 1.80 （the worst was 9 and the best was 0）, and the score of male （1.37 ±1.93） was higher than female （0.91 ± 1.62）, （P〈0.001）; the score of grade 3 （1.56 ± 2.19） was higher than grade 1 （1.00± 1.56） and grade 2 （0.94 ± 1.55）. The general rate of playing gamble was 5.69%, and the rate of male （9.37%） was higher than that of female （1.81%, P〈0.05）; the rate of grade 3 （10.19%） was higher than that of grade 1 （2.90%） and 2 （4.29%, P〈0.05）. The general rate of watching sexual information was 4.32%, and the rate of male （7.07%） was higher than that of female （1.41%, P〈0.05）; the rate of grade 3 （6.79%） was that of higher than grade 2 （3.43%） and 1 （2.90%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological addiction behavior was prevalent among urban junior school students, and it could not be neglected.
