摘 要:硫酸钙晶须作为摩擦材料增强纤维具有诸多优点,研究了硫酸钙晶须增强的树脂基摩擦片在干摩擦与水润滑状态下与淬火45钢配副时,载荷与对偶件的转速对试样摩擦磨损性能的影响,并试分析其磨损机制。实验结果表明,干摩擦状态下的摩擦因数与磨损率均显著大于水润滑状态,并且在水润滑时试样的摩擦因数与磨损率随着载荷与速度的升高而降低;对偶材料的磨损率在两种工况下随速度与载荷变化呈现出不同的趋势。The Calcium sulfate whisker has many advantages when it is used in friction material as reinforced fibers. This paper stud- ies the friction and wear properties of the matrix friction plate which is reinforced by filling calcium sulfate whisker in different load and speed and compares, the sample against 45 quenched steel under the dry and wet conditions. The experiment result indicates that the friction coefficient and the wear rate of the samples in dry condition are obviously higher than the ones in wet condition. Mean- while, they are decreased along with the rising of the load and speed, the wear rate of the counterpart appears to be different tend- ency with different working conditions when the speed and load are changed.
