摘　　要：目的总结近年来赖氨酰氧化酶(lysyl oxidase,LOX)与乳腺癌相关性的研究进展。方法应用PubMed及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以"lysyl oxidase、LOX、LOX乳腺癌和lysyl oxidase乳腺癌"为关键词,检索2009-01-2015-06文献。共检索到英文文献3 041条,中文文献24条。纳入标准:1)LOX基因及其编码蛋白质特性;2)LOX与乳腺癌的相关性。剔除标准:1)LOX与其他肿瘤相关性的研究;2)有关LOX综述文献。根据上述标准最终分析28篇文献,并加入早期原始文献1篇。结果 LOX可促进乳腺癌细胞迁移、侵袭和增殖,干扰乳腺癌细胞中的LOX表达,可抑制其恶性行为,且LOX过表达患者预后及淋巴结情况差。赖氨酰氧化酶前肽(LOX pro-peptide,LOX-PP)的表达与乳腺癌呈负相关。针对LOX的治疗方案可能对乳腺癌有一定的效果。结论 LOX家族与乳腺癌密切相关,但一些结论仍需基础及临床研究支持。通过大样本分层分析结合基因组多位点关联研究验证LOX与乳腺癌的相关性。OBJECTIVE To summarize the research progress on the correlation of lysyl oxidase and breast cancer in recent years. METHODS The PubMed and CNKI database from Jan 2009 to June 2015 were filtered using ＂lysyl oxi- dase,LOX,LOX breast cancer,lysyl oxidase breast cancer＂ as keywords. A total of 3 041 English papers and 24 Chinese papers were obtained. Inclusion criteria： the characteristics of lysyl oxidase and its coding protein; the relationship be tween LOX and breast cancer. Exclusion criteria： the study of the correlation between LOX and other tumors; review ar- ticles related to LOX. According to the criterion, 28 papers were analyzed with an initial primary article. RESULTS LOX plays an important role in promoting breast cancer cell migration, invasion and proliferation. Once interfering LOX expression in breast cancer cell, its malignancy can be inhibited. Recent studies have shown that prognosis and nodal sta- tus of breast cancer patients who have overexpression of LOX are poor. The expression of LOX-PP is negatively related with breast cancer. Preventing the expression of LOX may provide a novel avenue for treatment of breast carcinomas. CONCLUSIONS The expression of LOX gene is closely related to breast cancer, but some conclusions still need the sup- port of further fundamental and clinical researches. Further study through large sample stratification analysis combing ge- home wide association verifies the correlation between LOX and breast cancer.
