摘　　要：对酶抑制检测法和化学试剂速测法的检测方法和原理进行了概述,有助于区别蔬菜水果中有机磷农药残留的其他速测方法,可为蔬菜、水果中农药残留检测技术的提高提供参考。This paper summarized the test method and principle of the enzyme inhibition test and chemical reagents speed measuring method, which helped to distinguish other measuring methods of organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, so as to provide references for the improvement of detection technology of pesticide residue in fruits and vegetables.
