高职院校中外合作办学的对策研究

摘　　要：高职院校中外合作办学总体而言发展情况良好,取得了较高的社会关注度和信誉度,对推动我国教育国际化的作用日益突出。与此同时,发展不均衡、合作路径不科学、评价机制不完善等因素也制约着中外合作办学的健康发展。因此,应加速政府职能转变,改善区域发展不均衡现状,构建规范科学的合作路径,构建科学合理的评价机制,规范中外合作办学的发展进程,以此促进中外合作办学的可持续发展。In higher vocational colleges in cooperation in running school is good, and has China, the overall development of Chinese-Foreign been attached great social attention and credibility, which plays an increasing role in promoting the internationalization of education. But meanwhile, there still exist some problems restricting the healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools like imbalanced development, unscientific cooperation path, and imperfect evaluation mechanism. To promote the sustainable development, therefore, there is an urgent need to transform government functions, balanced the regional development, establish a scientific cooperation path and reasonable evaluation mechanism, and regulate the working process.
