营养支持治疗对结肠癌根治术患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察营养支持治疗对结肠癌根治术患者的临床效果,为营养支持治疗的临床推广提供科学依据。方法选取本院行结肠癌根治术的100例患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例,对照组患者按照结肠癌根治术后常规输液方案治疗,观察组患者术后输入30%的整蛋白型肠内营养液,同时辅助其他营养液支持治疗。比较两组患者近期疗效、部分营养指标及免疫指标。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=13.206,P=0.012);观察组患者手术前后前清蛋白、清蛋白及血糖水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD8+T淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)明显优于对照组(t=14.316,P<0.001)。结论结肠癌根治术后适当的营养支持治疗可以保证患者机体的营养供给,改善机体营养状态,促进患者早日康复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of nutrition support for patients with colon cancer radical correction and provide a scientific basis for clinical nutrition support. Method 100 patients with colon cancer who received colon cancer radical correction in our hospital were selected as the objects of study, according to the random number table method the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. Control group patients received conventional infusion scheme after colon cancer radical correction, observation group patients received 30% of the whole protein type of enteral nutrition, while supporting other nutritional liquid support treatment. The short-term effect, nutritional indexes and immune index of the two groups were compared. Result Total effective rate of observation group was significantly highe than control group(χ2= 13.206, P = 0.012), prealbumin, albumin and blood glucose levels of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05), the results were also observed in CD4+T lymphocytes, CD8+T lymphocytes and immunoglobulin A(Ig A)(t = 14.316, P < 0.001). Conclusion Appropriate nutrition support therapy can ensure the nutrition supply of patients, improve the nutritional status of the body, helping patients recover soon.
