太极扣附着体义齿在游离端缺损中的应用进展

摘　　要：后牙游离缺失修复中,传统方法修复时常采用金属卡环固位进行修复,金属卡环的暴露影响美观,同时还影响义齿的固位和咀嚼等功能,造成修复效果不佳。太极扣附着体义齿,是以附着体为主要固位的固定-可摘联合修复义齿,它相比传统的卡环固位可摘义齿,更加稳固和美观,咀嚼效率高,舒适感好,对后牙游离缺失的修复具有明显的优势,同时针对患者不同口腔情况可以选择不同类型的太极扣附着体,对于牙列缺损尤其是后牙游离缺损患者临床应用前景广阔。In posterior edentulous repair,metal snap ring is often adopted in traditional treatment,since the exposed metal ring often causes patient＇s complaint about the appearance and the influence on the fixation of the denture and chewing function,the repair effect can＇t be described as satisfactory. Easy resilent attachment（ ERA） denture is the fixed-removable denture with attachment as the main retention,which compared to the conventional clasp retention removable dentures,is more stable and beautiful,with higher chewing efficiency and comfort. It has obvious advantages for the posterior edentulous. What＇s more different ERAs can be chosen for different oral situations,which has a good clinical application prospects in dentition defect,especially posterior edentulous.
