摘　　要：综述了食品接触塑料制品中几种常用荧光物质及其同步检测方法的研究进展,并由此对我国食品接触塑料制品中荧光物质的检测提出相关建议。Several kinds of commonly used fluorescent substances in food contact plastic products and its research progress of synchronous detection method are reviewed in this paper, and based on this, some relative suggestions on detection of the fluorescent substances in domestic food contact plastic products are put forward.
