三种清肠剂用于老年人结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较三种肠道清洁剂对老年人的肠道准备时间、肠道清洁效果、满意度及不良反应发生情况,探索适合老年人的快捷、有效、安全的肠道清洁剂。方法选取279例准备做结肠镜检查的老年患者,随机分为三组:A组服用50%硫酸镁溶液,B组服用磷酸钠盐口服溶液,C组服用复方聚乙二醇4000散剂。比较三组患者肠道清洁程度和不良反应发生情况。结果 A组和B组的肠道准备时间少于C组(P<0.05),且肠道清洁效果优于C组,差异均有统计学意义。而C组的满意度高于A、B两组(P<0.05),且不良反应发生率明显低于A、B两组(P<0.05)。结论三种肠道清洁剂对老年人结肠镜检查前肠道准备均能达到较满意的清洁效果。Objective To compare the preparation time,cleaning effect,satisfaction degree,and adverse re-action among the three kinds of enemas in bowel preparation for colonoscopy in the elderly,and explore the effective-nessandsafetyenemasofbowelpreparationforcolonoscopyinelderly.Methods 279patientsundergoingconven-tional colonoscopy were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A received 50%magnesium sulfate,group B received Sodium Phosphates Oral Solution,group C received Sulfate-free Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder.The cleaning effect,satisfaction degree,and the incidence of adverse reaction werecompared among the three groups.Results The preparation time in Group A and group B was less than that in group C （P〈0.05）,and the intestinal cleaning effect was better than that in group C （group A,group C （P〈0.05）,group B,group C （P〈0.01）,and the satisfaction de-gree of group C was higher than that of A,B groups （P〈0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in A,B groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The cleaning effect of three kinds of enemas for bowel preparation be-fore colonoscopy in the elderly was satisfactory.
