对侧睑板联合带蒂皮瓣修复上睑缺损的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨应用对侧部分上睑板联合带蒂皮瓣修复上睑基底细胞癌切除后缺损的方法。方法上睑基底细胞癌10例，肿瘤均部分或完全累及上睑睑板，行全层上睑切除，取对侧部分上睑睑板联合带蒂皮瓣形成上睑。结果10例术后均恢复了眼睑闭合功能并达到美观效果，无术后感染、皮瓣坏死、睑内翻、睑外翻或暴露性角膜炎发生，随访2年无复发者。结论对侧部分上睑睑板联合带蒂皮瓣修复上睑基底细胞癌切除后缺损是有效的方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of contralateral tarsus combined with pedicle flap for upper eyelid defect after basal cell carcinoma resection. Methods Ten patients with upper eyelid basal cell carcinoma involving the upper tarsal plate received a full layer eyelid resection and the formation of upper eyelid by using contralateral tarsus combined with pedicle flap. Results The eyelid achieved good closure function in 10 patients after the surgery. No postoperative infection, skin flap necrosis, entropion, ectropion or exposure keratitis occurred. No tumor recurrence was found in 10 patients during the follow-up of 2 years. Conclusion The contralateral tarsus combined with pedicle flap for the defect of eyelid after basal cell carcinoma resection is an effective method.
