摘　　要：基于教学研究型大学的定位,结合本科力学课程的特点,本着"因材施教"的原则,配合省级精品课程建设,探讨了地方院校力学教学中基于"翻转课堂"理念的几种教学模式,并进行了教学实践。Based on the “Individualized Teaching” principle ,the positioning of teaching‐oriented universities , combining the features of engineering mechanics courses ,with the construction of provincial excellent courses , this article introduces several teaching modes of“Flipping Classroom”for mechanics teaching in local colleges , at the same time ,the teaching practice is carried out in the“Individualized” principle proposed by mechanics teaching mode in several local colleges and universities .
