摘　　要：以多所高校生物医学类实验用房设计为例,深刻剖析了在高校实验类用房设计过程中遇到的问题以及未来可能造成的风险,并在进一步分析风险产生原因的基础上提出了有针对性的管控措施及建议,以期为其他高校在实验类用房设计方面提供实践经验,并藉此促进高校建设项目设计管理整体水平的提高。Taking the biological medical experimental housing design of many colleges and universities as an example ,this paper deeply analyzes the various problems of the experimental class housing design in colleges and universities as well as design caused by all kinds of risk ,further analyses risk causes ,and puts forward the targeted control measures and suggestions . This study hopes to provide practical experience for other universities in the experimental class housing design and can promote the overall level of the design management in the process of construction in colleges and universities .
