摘　　要：多式联运具有整体筹划、分工协作的特征,能够为部队提供高效、及时、持续的运输保障,对于构建一体化的军交运输保障体系具有重要意义。将AHP与SWOT分析法结合,综合考虑当前多式联运在军交运输一体化保障中的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,构建评价模型,并根据结果对多式联运的发展战略进行综合评判分析,得出选择发展战略的优先顺序。Having the features of being overall planned and working in cooperation with a due division of labor, the multimodal transportation can provide the army with efficient, timely,continuous transportation support. It has an important role to play in building up the integrated military transport support system. In the light of the AHP and SWOT analysis methods,and with all the merits and demerits of the multimodal transportation in military transportation, opportunities and challenges taken into consideration,an evaluating model is established in the paper,upon the basis of which a comprehensive evaluation and analysis are made of the strategy of multimodal transportation,with the priority order of the development strategies obtained.
