摘　　要：目的调查神经内科护士脑卒中康复护理知识现状并分析其影响因素。方法自行设计康复护理知识问卷,采用方便抽样抽取青岛市5家三级甲等医院236名神经内科护士进行问卷调查。对数据进行单因素及多因素多元回归分析。结果神经内科护士脑卒中康复护理知识水平较差,学历、职称、是否有康复护理进修经历是护士脑卒中康复护理知识的影响因素。结论神经内科护士的脑卒中康复护理知识有待提高。Objective To investigate the present situation of knowledge on rehabilitation nursing care for stroke patients of nurses from department of neurology and analyze the influencing factors.Method Investigate 236 nurses from department of neurology of five Grade A Class Three hospitals in Qingdao by self-designed questionnaire on knowledge of rehabilitation nursing care by convenience sampling.The data receive univariate and multivariate multiple regression analysis.Result Level of knowledge on rehabilitation nursing care for stroke patients of nurses from department of neurology is low.Education level,positional titles and further education are influencing factors of knowledge on rehabilitation nursing care.Conclusion Knowledge on rehabilitation nursing care for stroke patients of nurses from department of neurology needs to be improved.
