护理本科实习生职业价值观现状及影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查护理本科实习生职业价值观现状及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表与中文版护士职业价值观量表,对201名护理本科实习生进行调查。结果护理本科实习生职业价值观均分为(3.79±0.77)分,各维度均分由高到低依次为提供照护(4.03±0.73)分、职业特性(3.67±0.76)分、信任(3.62±0.55)分和行动主义(3.61±0.78)分;择业原因中是否选择"就业容易"和听取"家长意见"的护生其职业价值观部分维度得分存在差异(P<0.05);多元回归分析结果护理本科实习生的专业喜爱度、家长意见及志愿调剂进入职业价值观不同维度的回归方程。结论护理本科实习生的职业价值观总体处于中等水平,应积极引导非主动选择本专业的护生对专业的喜爱程度,增进对护理专业的热情。Objective To investigate present situation and influencing factors on occupational values of undergraduate nursing students.Method Investigate 201 undergraduate nursing students by general questionnaire and Chinese version of Nurses＇ Professional Values Scale.Result The average score of occupational values for undergraduate nursing students is（3.79±0.77）.The average scores of each dimension are providing care（4.03±0.73）,occupational characteristics（3.67±0.76）,faith（3.62±0.55）and activism（3.61±0.78）from high to low.There is significant difference on some dimensions of occupational values for undergraduate nursing students whether to choose ＂easily get a job＂ and ＂concerning parents＇ opinion＂（P〈0.05）.The result of multiple regression analysis shows that the factors which enter the regression equation are choosing nursing major based on their interest,their parents＇ opinion and willing to be re-arranged.Conclusion Occupational value of undergraduate nursing students is in medium level generally.Nursing students who are arranged to this major should be encouraged to love nursing and have passion on it.
