摘　　要：面对日益激烈的竞争,越来越多的企业通过组建知识网络来获取外部的知识资源,促进组织的知识创新。文章通过建立知识网络的合作博弈模型,对知识网络组织之间协同创新的合作条件进行分析,指出利益机制、分工机制、风险机制和内部控制机制对知识网络组织之间合作关系的建立和维护有重要影响。In face of increasing fierce competition,more and more enterprises are building knowledge net-works to obtain external knowledge resources and promote their knowledge innovation. This paper estab-lishes a cooperative game model of knowledge networks,analyzes cooperation conditions of collaborativeinnovation between the members of knowledge networks’ organization,and points out that profit mecha-nism,division mechanism,risk mechanism,internal control mechanism have important influence on estab-lishment and maintenance of cooperation relationship between the members of knowledge networks’ orga-nization.
