摘 要:目的评价细胞DNA定量检测技术在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值及其临床意义。方法对受检的967例女性采用宫颈刷取材进行液基细胞学制片,分别行巴氏染色和DNA染色,对DNA染色片进行全自动DNA倍体扫描诊断。结果 967例女性中DNA倍体阳性112例,阳性检出率为11.58%。对DNA倍体检测异常的部分病例进一步行阴道镜检查及宫颈活检。结论宫颈癌瘤的发展与宫颈细胞DNA倍体异常密切相关,随着宫颈病变程度的增加,宫颈二倍体细胞逐渐减少,而宫颈多倍体细胞逐步增加。在宫颈癌筛查中检测宫颈上皮细胞中DNA倍体变化情况对女性宫颈癌瘤高危人群的筛查具有重要的价值。Objective To evaluate the application value and clinical significance of DNA quantitative detection in cervical cancer screening. Methods Cervical brush was used to obtain cervical cells for liquid based cytology in 967 women, Papanicolaou staining and DNA staining were performed respectively, automatic DNA ploidy scan diagnosis was carried out. Results Among 967 women, 112 women were found with positive DNA ploidy, the positive detection rate was 11.58%. Colposcopy and cervical biopsy were performed among partial women with abnormal DNA ploidy. Conclusion The development of cervical tumor is closely related to abnormal DNA ploidy of cervical cells. Cervical diploid cells gradually decrease with aggravation of cervical lesions, but cervical polyploidy cells increase gradually. Detecting the change of DNA ploidy in cervical epithelial cells during cervical cancer screening has important value for screening high-risk population of female cervical cancer.
