摘　　要：Semaphorins家族是一类神经导向因子,在发育过程中扮演着重要的角色。神经生长导向因子semaphorin3C(Sema3C)是分泌型semaphorins3亚家族的一个成员,其在个体发育和在肿瘤发展过程中的作用成为近年来研究的热点。该文将重点阐述Sema3C在神经系统、肺部发育、视网膜发育、心脏发育及肿瘤发展过程中的作用。Semaphorins are a large family of axon guidance factors that play an important role in development. Axon guidance factor semaphorin3C （Sema3C）, a member of secreted semaphorins3 subfamily, is becoming a hot research in the process of development especially in tumor progress in recent years. This review focuses on the role of Sema3C in the development of nervous system, lungs, retinal, heart and tumor progress.
