摘　　要：苏辙是北宋受传统儒家思想影响的传统士大夫,关心社会民生。其治水思想主要表现为重视民生与民力,注重治水符合客观实际;同时又认为治水事关国防安全与社会稳定。苏辙的释道信仰使他注重现实而不脱离实际,从而深深地影响其治水思想;而他的儒学思想更是他重视民生与民力的思想源头。其治水思想具有爱民、求真、实践的精神,有利于维护北宋政府的统治,保持社会稳定。Su zhe is a tradition in northern song dynasty influenced by traditional Confucian literary intelligentsia, concerned about social livelihood of the people. Its water conservancy thought mainly for attaches great importance to the livelihood of the people and the financial resources of the people, pay attention to the water conservancy conform to the objective reality ; At the same time that water conservancy is a matter of national security and social stability. Su zhe, Buddhism, Taoism beliefs, so that he pays attention to the real- ity and not divorced from reality, so as to deeply influence the water conservancy thought;And his Confucianism but also attaches great importance to the livelihood of the people and the origin of financial resources of the people. The water conservancy thought has aimin, authentic, practical spirit, is helpful for maintaining the rule of the northern song dynasty government, maintain social stability.
