摘  要:目的探讨TBL教学法在独立学院"细胞生物学"参与式教学中的应用及其教学效果。方法将南华大学船山学院2014级药学专业41名学生按照随机数字表法分为对照组(20名)和研究组(21名)。研究组采用TBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。观察并比较两组学生在自主学习、合作团结、沟通能力以及考核成绩等方面的差别。结果理论考试成绩,研究组的选择题、简答题、综合分析题和实验设计题得分分别为(8.22±0.73)、(7.94±1.35)、(15.68±2.03)、(15.21±1.97)分,对照组分别为(7.17±0.87)、(6.07±1.22)、(12.24±2.48)、(11.60±1.87)分,两组比较,除选择题外,其余各题型差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的理论成绩、实验成绩和总成绩分别为(53.78±2.19)、(34.24±2.97)、(89.85±1.29)分,对照组分别为(43.26±2.35)、(26.67±3.31)、(69.23±2.14)分,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,研究组的学生普遍认为TBL教学法有利于多学科知识的综合应用,有利于学生学习积极性和主动性的调动,有利于学生人际交往和沟通能力的提高,有利于学习成绩的提高,有利于学生个人责任心的增强。结论 TBL教学法在参与式教学中能够提高学生的自主学习能力和学习成绩,可以在独立学院教学中推广。Objective To evaluate the effect assessment of the application of TBL teaching mode in cell biology teaching of the independent college. Methods 41 students in Pharmacy Grade 2014 of Wang Chuanshan College, University of South China, were divided into research group(21 students) and the control group(20 students), according to random number table. The research group was given the TBL teaching method, the control group was given traditional teaching method. The self-directed learning, cooperative unity, communication skills, the grades of theoretical knowledge and skills and other indicators of two groups were observed and compared. Results The theory test results, the score of choice, short answer, comprehensive analysis and experiment design problem of research group were(8.22 ±0.73),(7.94±1.35),(15.68±2.03),(15.21±1.97) scores respectively, and those of control group were(7.17 ±0.87),(6.07 ±1.22),(12.24±2.48),(11.60±1.87) scores respectively, two groups were compared, except the choice, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The scores of theory, experiment and total score of research group were(53.78±2.19),(34.24 ±2.97),(89.85 ±1.29) scores respectively, those of control group were(43.26 ±2.35),(26.67 ±3.31),(69.23 ±2.14)scores respectively, tow groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Survey results showed that most of the students were in favor of TBL teaching. They considered that this teaching method was conducive to the comprehensive application of the knowledge of different disciplines, mobilize students learning enthusiasm and initiative, to improve the students' interpersonal and communication skills, to enhance personal responsibility, to improve active and initiative in studying, interpersonal and communication skills, academic record,personal sense responsibility of students.
