开窗减压术治疗口腔颌面部囊肿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究口腔颌面部囊肿行开创减压术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月~2014年6月我院收入治疗的72例口腔颌面部囊肿患者,随机平分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规开放性手术治疗,观察组行开窗减压术治疗,比较两组患者的相关手术指标、并发症发生率、治疗有效率及随访半年的手术复发率。结果观察组患者的平均手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗期间发生并发症1例,并发症发生率为2.8%,对照组发生并发症6例,并发症发生率为16.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗有效34例,治疗有效率为94.4%,对照组治疗有效30例,治疗有效率为83.3%,两组患者在随访半年内均无患者复发（P〉0.05）。结论开窗减压术治疗口腔颌面部囊肿减少了对患者的手术损伤,便于患者快速康复、出院,安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of fenestration decompression surgery in the treatment of oral-max- illofacial cyst. Methods Seventy-two patients with oral-maxillofacial cyst treated in our hospital from March 2012 to June 2014 were selected and randomly and evenly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given conventional open surgery treatment and the observation group was given fenestration decompression surgery treatment.Relevant surgical indicators,incidences of complications,treatment effective rates and surgical recurrence rates within six months＇ follow-up between two groups were compared. Results The observation group was shorter than the control group in the mean surgical time and length of hospital stay,and was also less than the control group in the in- traoperative bleeding amount（P〈0.05）.During treatment,complications occurred in 1 patient of observation group and the incidence of complications was 2.8%,and complications occurred in 6 patients of the control group and the incidence of complications was 16.7%,with statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,34 patients were effective and the treatment effective rate was 94.4%,and in the control group,30 patients were effective and the treatment effective rate was 83.3%;Recurrence occurred in neither group within the 6 months＇ follow-up （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of oral-maxillofacial cyst,fenestration decompression surgery reduces surgical injury to patients,facilitates fast recoverv and hosnital discharge,and is highly safe.
