摘 要:针对汽油机滚流测量方式,通过气道稳流试验结合数值模拟方法对不同滚流测量方式下缸内滚流的演化规律进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用直接测量方式对滚流进行测量时,缸内滚流强度会产生大幅度跃升,而间接测量方式则变化平缓,其根本原因是在一定的气门升程范围缸内滚流流场由相互平衡的两股气流,演变为统一的大尺度滚流。同时发现直接测量装置的出气口直径对跃升幅度有直接影响,小的出口直径加剧了缸内滚流强度的跃升;间接测量方式在气缸中心平面具有和直接测量方式相一致的流场结构,基于间接测量模拟缸套的整流作用,其测量得到的滚流强度变化平缓。Steady flow tests and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations were carried out to analyze the evolution of in-cylinder tumble flow with different tumble test methods in order to investigate the measurement and evaluation methods of tumble flow in gasoline engines. The results show that the tumble intensity with a direct test method will abrupt rise while it rises mildly with an indirect method. The abrupt rise is because that certain intake valve lift allows in-cylinder flow to evolve into a single large-scale tumble vortex from two symmetric air flows entering the cylinder. Meanwhile, the outlet diameter of the direct measurement device directly affects the abrupt rise extent of tumble in the cylinder, and small outlet diameter will magnify the abrupt rise. In addition, flow structure in the midsection of the cylinder obtained by the indirect measuring method is consistent to that obtained by the direct measuring method; however, due to its simulation of stabilization effect of liner, tumble intensity measured by the indirect method changes mildly.
