摘　　要：针对企业知识吸收能力评价问题,采用三角模糊数法对油田装备制造企业知识吸收能力进行评价,通过程度语言对评价指标进行描述,将语言变量进行量化,克服了定性指标难于量化的困难,为油田装备制造企业加强管理提供参考。In view of the evaluation of knowledge absorptive capacity of enterprise,the evaluation index being described with the language of levels or degrees,to quantify the linguistic variables,which can overcome the difficulty that the qualitative indicators are difficult to quantify,triangle fuzzy number method is used to evaluate the knowledge absorptive capacity of oilfield equipment manufacturing enterprise,providing the reference for strengthening the management of oilfield equipment manufacturing enterprises.
