健美操运动员运动损伤调查与分析——以济宁学院为例

摘　　要：通过对济宁学院健美操运动员运动损伤现状以及导致因素进行调查,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法和问卷调查法对健美操运动员运动损伤进行分析。从中得到一些肯定的数据及资料来了解具体几种运动员运动损伤的至因因素。为以后健美操运动员、教练员在训练、比赛中预防、治疗运动损伤提供理论和应用依据。Based on investigation of status quo and causing factors of sports injuries of aerobic athletes in Jining University, the paper conducts analysis on sports injuries of aerobic athletes with methods of literature, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and questionnaire. The paper gets some positive data and information to concretely understand the elements leading to sport injuries of aerobic athletes. The paper provides theoretical and application basis for aerobic athletes and coaches in future training, competition prevention and treatment of sports injuries.
