创业者的目标导向、失败事件学习与新企业绩效关系

摘　　要：创业者的目标导向是指创业者依据个体、组织和社会目标对周围环境做出不同的应对方式。目标导向能够帮助创业者及时识别创业过程中的失败事件,并根据创业任务和环境反馈信息不断调整决策,对创业者失败事件学习和新企业成长产生重要影响。通过292份有效问卷的数据分析表明,失败事件学习内容可以区分为认知改变和能力提升两个维度,创业者目标导向对失败事件学习和新企业绩效具有显著正向影响,失败事件学习可以促进新企业绩效提升,失败事件学习的两个维度在创业者目标导向和新企业绩效间起到完全中介作用。Goal orientation refers to the extent to which individual reacts differently to environmental in light of personal, social, and organizational goals. Goal orientation helps entrepreneurs recognize events failures in time during the entrepreneurial process and constantly adjust decision according to entrepreneurial task and environmental feedback. It is vital to learning from event failure and new venture development. 292 questionnaires are collected to achieve the research purpose. Results indicated that there are two dimensions of event failure learning： cognition modification and ability promotion. Also, the relationship between goal orientation and event failure learning and venture performance are all positive. Learning from event failure promotes new enterprise performance and plays a mediate role between event failure learning and new venture performance.
