摘　　要：随着科学技术的飞速发展,民众的沟通方式发生变化,以"微信"为代表的微媒体在民众的日常交往中扮演越来越重要的角色。以附属教学医院研究生管理中存在的难点作为切入口,建立基于微信平台的医院研究生管理平台,阐述利用微信平台加强沟通交流,发布多样化的微信信息,进一步加强学生管理,开辟管理部门与研究生之间交流的新渠道。With the development of modem society, the communication among people has changed rapidly. Wechat plays more and more important and crucial role in people＇s common communication with their friends,classmates, and relatives. The article focused on the problems and issues in the postgraduate students management in teaching hospital affiliated to medical university. The author tried to use the advantages and creativities of Wechat to build a Wechat communication platform to help the administrators to provide better and higher quality service for postgraduates, in order to improve the postgraduates＇ teaching quality during their medical education period.
