摘　　要：目的探索护理继续教育改革的新模式,培养和提高护士的综合能力,建立规范的教育体系,提高教育质量。方法建立系统的教育模式,不断优化教育方法,完善临床教育组织。结论通过对继续教育的改革实践,不仅加强对护士获取知识、提出问题、分析问题及创新能力的培养,同时加强护士全面素质的提高,适应现代对高素质护理人才的需要。Objectives To discuss the new mode of nursing continuous education reform, cultivate and improve nurses comprehensive ability, build standardized education system, and improve the quality of education. Methods Building a systematic education mode, optimizing the education method, and perfecting the clinic edu- cation. Conclusion Through the reform practice of continuous education, it can not only enhance the nurses abilities of obtaining knowledge, raising questions, analyzing questions and innovating, but also improve nurses comprehensive abilities, which meet the demands of high - quality nursing talents.
