摘　　要：在信息系统实施情境下探讨威权领导对用户行为的作用机理,重点分析情感信任的中介作用和用户传统性的调节作用。选择信息系统终端用户及其直接主管作为研究对象,采用结构方程模型、层级回归等方法分析272套配对数据。研究结果表明:威权领导对用户接受有显著的负向影响,而对用户抵制有显著的正向影响;情感信任在威权领导与用户接受和用户抵制之间起到完全中介作用;用户传统性正向调节威权领导与用户接受之间的关系,用户传统性越高,威权领导与用户接受的负向关联越弱;用户传统性负向调节威权领导与用户抵制之间的关系,用户传统性越高,威权领导与用户抵制的正向关联越弱。This paper aimed to investigate the influence mechanism of authoritarian leadership on user behavior in the context of information systems implementation,focusing on the mediating effects of affective trust and the moderating effect of user traditionality. We selected the end-users of information systems and their direct supervisor as research subjects and analyzed the 272 sets of paired data through structural equation model, hierarchical regression, and so forth. The results indicated that authoritarian leadership had a significantly negative effect on user acceptance while had a significantly positive effect on user resistance; affective trust played a totally mediating role in the relationships between authoritarian leadership and user acceptance and user resistance; user traditionality positively moderated the relationship between authoritarian leadership and user acceptance,that is, the negative relationship between authoritarian leadership and user acceptance would be weaker when users had higher traditionality; user traditionality negatively moderated the relationship between authoritarian leadership and user resistance, that is, the positive relationship between authoritarian leadership and user resistance would be weaker when users had higher traditionality.
