摘　　要：目的：建立脐血单个核细胞与 K562细胞共培养体系，探讨脐血单个核细胞对 K562细胞增殖的影响。方法将脐血单个核细胞和对数生长期的 K562细胞采用Transwell小室共培养，以单独培养的 K562细胞为对照，于培养后的第1、3、5、7天分别选择6孔细胞进行计数比较。结果培养后第3、5、7天，共培养组 K562细胞较单独培养的 K562细胞明显增加，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）；随着培养时间的延长，组间差异增大。结论脐血单个核细胞可以促进 K562细胞的增殖。Objective To explore the effects of umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells on the proliferation of K562 cells using a co -culture system of both cells.Methods The separated umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells and K562 cells at the logarithmic phase were co -cultured in Transwell chambers, while individually cultured K562 cells were taken as the control.Then, the number of K562 cells within six wells was counted on Days 1, 3, 5, and 7 days of culti-vation.Results According to the cell growth curve, the number of K562 cells in the co -cultured group was much high-er than that in the control group on Days 3, 5 and 7 of cultivation （P 〈0.05）.The inter -group difference was increased as the extension of incubation time.Conclusion Umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells can stimulate the proliferation of K562 cells.
