摘  要:大众创业、万众创新是我国新常态下经济的"双引擎"之一,这需要加快高校创业型人才培养。运用三螺旋理论,对比闽台高校创业型人才培养能产生有益启发。台湾高校创业型人才培养较福建更系统,福建高校聚焦内部治理,和政府、产业间的互动合作不够。深化福建高校创业型人才培养,应改进课程体系,凸显通识教育;强化师资建设,增进教师指导;推进实践活动,促进创业体验;完善互动网络,强化内外联动;优化支持体系,夯实综合保障。Volkswagen entrepreneurship and innovation is one of the economy " twin engines" in China under the new normal, so it needs to accelerate colleges and universitiesr entrepreneurial personnel cultivation. The use of the triple helix theory and comparison of entrepreneurial personnel training between Fujian beneficial enlightenment, entrepreneurial personnel training in Taiwan universities is more systematic thanFujans, which focus on internal governance and lack of interactive cooperation with government and industries. To deepen the entrepreneurial personnel training of Fujian colleges and universities, we should improve the curriculum system and highlight general education, strengthen the teachersI construction and guidance; advance practice and entrepreneurial experience, improve the interactive network and promote both internal and external linkage, and optimize the support system and tamp comprehensive protection.
